Everything indicates that the Switch will have a very strong year with highly anticipated games that will be released in the coming months. Of course the community was fearful that some strong titles might be delayed, as is becoming more and more common.

However, the good news keeps coming with Nintendo’s latest financial report, where we were able to see the list of top games confirmed for release sometime in 2022.

  • Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp – Spring 2022
  • Splatoon 3 – 2022
  • Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope – 2022
  • Bayonetta 3 – 2022
  • The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 2022
  • Metroid Prime 4 – To be announced

As you could see, the catalog of games for this year is considerable and, despite some rumours, releases such as Bayonetta 3 and the one of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 They are still listed for the coming months.

The bad news is that Metroid Prime 4 There is still no launch window and it seems more and more likely that it will go to 2023 or even 2024, so we will be waiting to hear any news about it.
