Virtual reality experiences offered by the main developer companies are becoming more and more popular. One of them is Ubisoft, which has just announced that it is already working on a new title that will take you to the terrible fire that Notre-Dame Cathedral suffered in April 2019.
This announcement was made in a recent interview with the media Variety where Deborah Papiernik, senior vice president of new businesses and strategic alliances at Ubisoft, spoke about the collaboration that the company has made with the Pathé studio to create this interesting proposal.
The name of this virtual experience will be Notre-Dame on Fire and it will be an escape game in which you will put yourself in the shoes of a firefighter from Paris, who will find some riddles and must cooperate with other companions, all to find relics and try to save Notre-Dame.
Notre-Dame on Fire It will be one hour long and its release is planned for March 2022, the date on which it will coincide with the premiere of a docudrama of the same name that is being directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud.

It is worth mentioning that it is not the first time that Ubisoft is working on a similar experience that has Notre-Dame as the protagonist, since it was in the same year of the fire when the company allowed to visit a digital version of the cathedral presented in Assassin’s Creed Unity to see what the popular building was like before the tragic incident.
