The Batman: Pattinson talks about the approach he is giving the hero | LevelUp

The new DC Comics movie, directed by Matt Reeves, is about to arrive and more and more details are known about what the story of The Batman. And it is precisely its protagonist, Robert Pattinson, who wants to continue talking to us about what kind of character he will be playing by stating that he will not be a hero from the beginning.

As you probably know, Warner Bros. is about to give us a new take on the iconic DC character in the upcoming Reeves movie, which will see the appearance of a host of classic villains.

The new production will arrive in March this year

Due to its imminent premiere, actor Robert Pattinson shared in a recent interview with The Daily Record how he prepared to personify one of the most famous superheroes of all time and show a side of Batman that had not been done before:

“I needed to know as much of the character’s history as possible to see what really hadn’t been done… People see Batman as a heroic character, but in our story he really questions what the nature of a hero is and gives him lots of different angles,” the actor stated.

It is worth mentioning that what is known so far of the history in The Batman, is that it will take us to the moment where Bruce Wayne has only been the Bat Man of Gotham City for 2 years, so he is frustrated not seeing the progress he wanted in the place.

It only remains to be seen what kind of conflicts Wayne will have to resolve, all while this new and dark version of the favorite hero of a large part of the community is released.

The Batman It will hit theaters on March 4.
