Doug Cockle (voice of Geralt of Rivia) joins The Occultist • Console and Board

The Occultist, game in development, will feature the voice of Doug Cockle. Winner of the Golden Joystick Awards, we are before the voice actor of Geralt de Rivia in the game saga The Witcher.


As announced by Pentakill Studios, the Valladolid studio behind this proposal, Doug Cockle will voice Alan, the protagonist. This voice actor was nominated for the 2015 Game Awards in the Best Performance category, winning the Golden Joystick Awards in the same category for his portrayal of Geralt De Rivia in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Negotiations were not difficult, as Doug was drawn to both the game’s aesthetics and graphics, as well as the team’s spirit of work. Dubbing recordings have already started.

It will be in 2023 when The Occultist see the light in PC (Steam y Epic Games Store), PS5 y Xbox Series X/S. It is defined as a psychological horror game in the first person, marked by the narrative.
