Dying Light 2 will be supported for the next 5 years

The February 4th will finally be released Dying Light 2 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC and Switch after a few delays and having created quite a stir on the networks with its confirmation that it will offer us up to 500 hours of content in case we want to complete it 100% (although if we just want to play the main story it shouldn’t take us much more than 20 hours).

New content for five years

As if this wasn’t enough, Techland have confirmed that they intend to support it for the next five years with new stories, locations and events that promise to keep the title alive. At the moment they have not detailed whether these DLCs will be free or paid, although it is expected that there will be both types, as happened with the first installment, with some larger and more ambitious expansions than others.

This announcement should not surprise us too much since the first Dying Light also received support for many years With new events, modes, and expansions that continued the story of the base title, it was only to be expected that the sequel would receive the same treatment.

One of the most promising titles of 2022

Dying Light 2 It will offer us a first-person action adventure and an open world with role-playing touches that will lead us to survive in a zombie apocalypse.. Luckily for us, we will have very high mobility thanks to our parkour skills, thanks to which we will be able to move at full speed, take advantage of the verticality of the scenarios and fight effectively. In addition, throughout the story we will have to make decisions that will have a huge impact on both the story and the world itself.

If you are interested in knowing more about it, we recommend that you take a look at the Last impressions we publish in Vandal, where we tell you that it aims to become one of the great titles of this 2022 that has just begun.
