Pokemon Go January Community Day stars a fan favorite – Bulbasaur

Pokémon ir goes classic on Community Day in January with Bulbasaur as the featured Pokémon.

On Saturday, January 22, from 2 pm to 5 pm local time, players will return to the roots of Community Day during Heritage Season with the Grass / Poison-type Pokémon.

During this time, Bulbasaur will appear more often in the wild and you may even catch a shiny version.

If you evolve into Ivysaur, the Evolution of Bulbasaur, during the event or for up to two hours afterwards, you will get a Venusaur that knows the Charged Attack Frenzy Plant.

You can also expect 3 × Catch XP during this time along with a three-hour incense bonus, and decoy modules activated during the event will also last for three hours. You may also want to take some snapshots during Community Day for a surprise.

There will also be a Community Day Special Investigation Story called the Bulbasaur Community Day Classic. For $ 1 or the equivalent price level in your local currency, you will be able to access the research story.

The store will feature a special one-time purchase Community Day Box for 1280 PokeCoins, with 50 Ultra Balls, five Lucky Eggs, five Star Pieces and an Elite Charged TM.

30 Ultra Balls will be available in the store at no cost. Be sure to pick them up during the event.
