Ingredients: 125 ml of warm milk, 50 gr of yeast, 200 g of sugar, 100 ml of honey, 5 eggs, 200 gr of butter, 1 kg of harina, andvanilla extract, caskin of an orange.
150 gr of walnuts,100 gr of almonds, 200 gr of polished fruit, 150 gr of raisins.

Activate the yeast by placing it in a bowl with the warm milk, half the sugar and about 200 g of flour.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, honey, vanilla essence, the remaining sugar and the grated orange peel.
