Charlie Cox Knew About Daredevil’s MCU Return Years Ago, Says Iron Fist Star

While reminiscing about her past role in Iron Fist, Jessica Henwick reveals that Charlie Cox was aware of Daredevil’s return to the MCU years ago.

According to Iron fist star Jessica Henwick, Charlie Cox was aware of Reckless’s returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe years ago. Henwick made his Netflix debut Iron fist as the show’s fan-favorite heroine Colleen Wing in 2017. Both Cox and Henwick were last seen collaborating together in their respective roles on Netflix. In an interview with THR, Henwick reveals his contingency to join the MCU and how Cox was aware of his opportunity to return years before his humble appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home like Matt Murdock. Henwick reveals that he initially planned to play Xialing in Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings but she decided not to take on the role because she didn’t want to prematurely end Colleen’s chapter. She goes on to add that if there was a chance for her to reprise Colleen, it would have already been discussed as Cox knew about her possible comeback years ago. Read Henwick’s full answer below:
