We have good news for all fans of Assassin’s Creed Origins, since Ubisoft has just confirmed that the game set in Ancient Egypt will receive a new patch that will allow it to run at 60 fps on new generation consoles.
If you are a follower of the saga, surely you will remember that last August its managers released an update for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which offered gamers the ability to play the title at 60 frames per second on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
Well now, it has just been confirmed (in the franchise’s official Twitter account) that the company will do the same with Assassin’s Creed Origins in a patch that will be completely free.

It is worth mentioning that the announcement made by Ubisoft was made today, when the Day of Assassin’s Creed, date in which the creators of the saga and the fans come together to commemorate one of the most important events in it (which is known at the end of Assassin’s Creed III).

Finally, it is important to say that it is not yet known when this next-gen patch will arrive, so we will have to be pending to know more details about it, while Ubisoft shares a launch window.
Assassin’s Creed Origins is available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
