Overwatch It debuted in that distant 2016 and, despite the recent controversies surrounding Activision Blizzard, it still has a fairly active community. Therefore, and if for some reason you never dared to try it, right now you have the opportunity to give it a try and play it without the need to invest a single peso.

We say this because, from December 20 to January 2, Blizzard’s popular hero shooter will offer a free trial period that will allow new players to experience almost all of the content.

Here’s what the Overwatch free trial includes

Specifically, players who participate in the trial period will be able to select the 32 available heroes and will have access to casual games, arcade games and custom lists. However, the competitive mode will not be available to users who do not have a copy of Overwatch.

Luckily, new players can also get the unlockables and participate in the special game modes of the Winter Wonderland 2021 event, which is active at the moment. Likewise, the entire process and the rewards they obtain while participating in the test will be transferred to the full version if they decide to buy Overwatch.

Of course, there are some requirements that users must meet to have access to the trial period. Specifically, PC players must have an active account, while PlayStation and Xbox users must have a PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold membership, respectively. The trial is not available for Nintendo Switch.
