Before the official debut of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, fans had already found a bug that allowed them to clone creatures and with the passage of time they even found a way to get more out of it. The Pokémon Company did not remain with its arms crossed and weeks later fixed it, but apparently half, as fans found another way to duplicate content.
As we mentioned, after the problem got a bit out of control, The Pokémon Company released patch 1.1.2, which prevented the object and creature duplication glitch from being executed.
This seemed like the end of in-game content cloning, but fans didn’t sit idly by either, rather they just discovered a new glitch that works in the most recent version of the title.

How does the new duplication glitch work in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl?
This discovery has already been verified by several content creators of Pokémon on YouTube, like BLAINES Y PanFro Games and it shares the same principle as the old glitches eliminated with version 1.1.2, since it is enabled after the user manipulates the menus within the title.
The steps are several, but basically it is necessary to have the box or the creatures to clone and disable the automatic saving. Then, you must be right at the entrance of any Pokémon Center and have selected Fly through the Pokétch in the corner of the screen.
Subsequently, players would have to press R and A at the same time (multiple times if necessary) until the Fly menu is displayed and have the character enter the building with the Fly menu enabled. Thus, without seeing what happens in the Pokémon Center, the player should calculate the steps necessary to go down the stairs, then climb them, and then exit the Pokémon Center, always without seeing the main screen, but rather the Fly menu.
In case you missed it: Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl they were a huge hit on their opening week.
Then, the player should press use the map and select a place to fly to, but then he will have to press A and without letting time pass (about half a second) press X and then press A to make the flight. If done right, the player should be in the destination city without problems, if not, the game would freeze here.
Once this is done, the player must enter any house or building and once there, open the Pokémon storage, press A and then X to open the menu. Then, in the box to be cloned, you must select what you want to duplicate, move it to an empty box. In the end, all you need to do is press B to exit all additional menus and then select Check Summary. If the glitch was successful, the duplicate items should be in the new box, apart from the original box.
Is the Pokémon Company already fixing the new glitch?
Something important that you must take into account is that this glitch, like all of them, is an error in the game and to execute it the normal operation is altered. In fact, users warn that if the steps are not followed correctly the game may freeze and a restart would be necessary. Thus, it is not recommended to carry it out.
On the other hand, like the first cloning glitch, The Pokémon Company has not spoken on the subject, but it is very likely that the developer ILCA is already working on it to find a solution once and for all.
