Antwain “TJ” Fowler rose to fame after he starred in a viral video asking his mother where they would go to eat. Since then, he has gained thousands of followers on an Instagram account, which is run by his mother. Unfortunately, this little boy lost his life in November of this year due to an immunodeficiency disorder.
Through the Instagram account, the mother documented part of the medical process, which is why thousands of people fell in love with the minor. It was thanks to the shared images that it was possible to know that Antwain Fowler was a huge fan of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Unfortunately, the 6-year-old was never able to celebrate his love for the SEGA character while he was alive. For this reason, his relatives wanted to commemorate his life and honor his memory with a beautiful blue hedgehog themed funeral.
On November 30, Antwain “TJ” Fowler’s mother shared an image on Instagram revealing plans for funeral services, which included releasing blue and white balloons representing the iconic colors of SEGA’s mascot.
A couple of days later, the little boy’s funeral took place. During the ceremony, all the guests wore white and blue dresses and suits. The coffin also had Sonic-themed decorations, while a botarga of the character accompanied him throughout the trip.
Through the videos that were shared on social networks, we can see that the funeral decorations also included images of Sonic. Without a doubt, watching the ceremony brings a lump to our throats, but we’re glad to hear that Antwain “TJ” Fowler was finally able to celebrate his passion for the blue hedgehog.
“I know his face lit up right now, he finally had his Sonic party!” Said the boy’s mother in an Instagram post.
On behalf of the entire LEVEL UP team, we send our condolences to the family and friends of Antwain “TJ” Fowler. Rest in peace.
