Detail Plan: Spanish Omelette – The Game • Console and Board
Spanish omelette – The Game launches a new edition, by the hand of Tranjis Games. Through a colorful design, we compete to serve tortillas to diners. If possible, to those who contribute the most points.
With risk and madness always present, it will not be easy to remember what ingredients we have put in each pan. A bad action will have its consequences, since diners are prone to the greatest anger, with its negative points.
To enjoy between 2 players (or 4, if we play in teams), the experience is completed with different variants. Through 15 photographs, we show its components and we get closer to its rules and those modalities.
This familiar title is the work of Xavier Carrascosa, with illustrations by Alexis Barrio Anta. It is indicated from 6 years. As a curiosity, it was Darbel who published it a few years ago, in a version with a smaller size and a much simpler design.
POTATO TORTILLA GALLERY – THE GAME
Game components. The first step is setting the stage. Each player will add two ingredients to two of their pans.We start with three ingredient cards in hand.During our shift we can lower one by one of our pans, covering the visible one. The hidden ones can no longer be consulted.Another option is to lower an ingredient into an empty skillet. The turn ends with the drawing of a new card from the fridge. When we think we have completed an omelette, we turn it over (the limit is one per turn). We will put aside the letters that make it up, with the menu of diners that we want. Not all will award the same points. The game ends when the refrigerator is emptied or when there are no more guests to serve. We check if the ingredients of each tortilla are correct, depending on whether it is M or XL. The M’s score as many points as indicated on the guest card. The XL double that score. With an error in the ingredients, the tortilla M subtracts as many points as the diners indicate. On the XL, it removes twice as many points. The winner will be the one who obtains the highest score.Potato Omelette – The Game features the Daily Menu variant, where you steal ingredients between pans. The refrigerator door also provides ingredients. In Gourmet Menu, the number of pans with ingredients determines the diners that we can have. In all modes, we can compete in teams.
