It was at E3 2018 when it was first announced. Dying Light 2: Stay Human, the sequel to the popular zombie title developed by Techland. The project was due to debut in 2020, but suffered a couple of delays and now its launch date is planned for early next year. Fortunately, everything seems to indicate that there will be no more setbacks.
Through a post on Twitter, Techland announced that the parkour and open world title has reached the Gold phase of its development, which means that it will no longer receive delays and that it will be available worldwide from the next 4 of February. Without a doubt, this is excellent news that the community will like.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human is now ready to debut, but developers are still working on it
Of course, the developers will not lower their guard and promise that they are still working on updates for Dying Light 2: Stay Human. Likewise, they will present videos and other insights through their official media over the next few weeks.

“The game is ready to be manufactured, but we are not going to slow down. The fact that the game is finished and that we achieve Gold status 2 months before launch is a great sign, but it does not mean that our work ends here. There are still some updates and tweaks to add, and community feedback to implement, but the foundation is solid and ready to play. I am very proud of the entire team! ”Said designer Tymon Smektala in a statement.
Apparently, the development of this video game was, to say the least, turbulent. Reports emerged earlier this year that the studio suffered some internal problems as a result of poor management by CEO Pawel Marchewka. However, the company denied these rumors and claimed that Dying Light 2: Stay Human he was not in development hell.
