Monster Hunter Rise It’s exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, but it won’t be for long, as the PC version is on the way. Best of all, PC gamers won’t have to expect the same expectations Nintendo console users expected, as the game will debut with all post-launch content and Capcom has just detailed it.
The Japanese company announced today via Steam that the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise which will be available on January 12, 2023 will be updated to version 3.6.1 of the game currently on Nintendo Switch.
Thus, both versions will be on par in terms of content at the end of February 2022, only 1 month after the premiere of the Steam edition. This means that all subsequent content, as well as updates will arrive at the same time to both versions, such as the expansion Sunbreak, which will be available sometime in the summer of 2022.

What content will it have Monster Hunter Rise for PC at its premiere?
Capcom detailed that all the collaborations that are available on Nintendo Switch, such as those of Mega Man, Okami and Sonic, will be in the PC version at its premiere, as well as the monsters that arrived after its launch, and until the new ending.
This is very good news for PC fans, as we remind you that Monster Hunter World, which first debuted on PlayStation 4, took longer to match its content between the console and PC versions.
In case you missed it: that’s how great the collaboration of Monster Hunter Rise with Sonic.
