The multiplayer of Halo Infinite It is available now, but there is a small problem: a blue screen is preventing many from enjoying the multiplayer. As we already told you, it is not about anything serious and there is a way to solve it.
The blue screen error Halo Infinite it is simply an error that represents that you have not yet downloaded the game. That is, the only thing that is on your console is the preload file and that’s it, so there are no files to run that will let you enjoy the multiplayer experience of Halo Infinite.
So, if you still don’t get the update to play Halo Infinite, what you have to do is force it to arrive for console. For this you must restart your console by following the following steps:
- Turn on your console
- Press and hold the Xbox until the shutdown screen appears
- Select the Restart option
In case you can’t do that, you can restart the console by pressing the Xbox Button on the console for 10 seconds. Once it shuts down completely, press it again to start your console.
You will know that your console restarted when you turn it on and see the complete startup sequence. After that, Halo Infinite It should start downloading automatically.
In case that does not work, you have the option of disconnecting your console from the power. However, that shouldn’t be necessary in order to enjoy all that the multiplayer of Halo Infinite has to offer.
