This weekend a closed beta of Elden Ring With which Bandai Namco and FromSoftware are going to put the network functions of their new and long-awaited title to the test while the community accesses the first hours of the adventure. On Vandal We have accessed this test in advance to be able to tell you in our impressions what we are thinking Hidetaka Miyazaki’s next work, father of Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Below you can see one gameplay more than 20 minutes in which our colleagues Carlos Leiva and Sal Gonzlez comment on what we can expect from the closed beta of Elden Ring:
This is the combat of Elden Ring
In addition to this extensive video of the gameplay of Elden Ring, we have prepared a slightly shorter one, of about three minutes, in which we focus on one of the most important aspects of any FromSoftware work: the combat. Here we are going to find certain additions to the classic formula of the Japanese study, but in essence it is a system very similar to what we have already seen in previous installments of the saga Dark Souls. You can check it out for yourself below:
“The new from FromSoftware has us excited and it is becoming increasingly clear to us that it is going to be one of the best games of the coming year. A title that starts from the base of Dark Souls to evolve it and take it to a new terrain with an open world that makes exploration a real pleasure, but without forgetting the challenging and exquisite combat that has taken the studio to the top of the industry, as well as its spectacular design of levels “, we tell you in our impressions.
Elden Ring will launch the February 25 on PS5, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Its beta will take place from November 12 to 15 in several sessions; If you have been granted a code, you can review the closed test schedules here.
