The History of Dinamic, a work of memories • Console and Dashboard

Game Press presents a new book dedicated to video games. Under the title The History of Dinamic, publishes a work known as the Golden Age of Spanish software.


This book bears the signature of Jesús Martínez del Vas. Through 336 pages, in full color, it is conformed as a trip to the past for video game fans in the eighties. It involves a review of titles such as Fernando Martín Basket Master, Game Over, Abu Simbel Profanation O Army Moves.

What a priori would be a business selling home games by mail, would end up being part of the industry. Thus, three years later they already had a turnover of 140 million pesetas per year, becoming the Best Young Company in 1987.

The work arises from a ten year job, by the author, based on gathering information and interviews with those involved in the development of the games. It allows us to understand the origins of the company, as well as the rise, fall and frustrations. Also, the 61 games that had the Dinamic label.

It will be on December 9 when it is available, at a price of 31.50 euros. The edition will have a hard cover and will be stitched with thread. The size will be 22 x 22 centimeters.
